BCBA Center and Home Based

Location: Ridgewood-Queens, New York

Job Summary:

We9re seeking a passionate and skilled BCBA to join our team of professionals in providing center and home-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT)
  • Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients9 homes
  • Conduct assessments regarding clients9 overall performance
  • Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
  • Report summaries of clients9 progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly

Requirements:
  • Passionate about helping children on the spectrum and facilitating their progress and growth
  • Adaptable and skilled at building rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Hold a Master9s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • BCBA certification
  • NYS LBA
  • Committed to working full-time
  • Able to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development

Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 annually
