Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Yellow Bus ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT)
  • Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
  • Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
  • Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
  • Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly

  • Passionate about helping children on the spectrum and facilitating their progress and growth
  • Adaptable and skilled at building rapport with children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Hold a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

  • Able to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development
