Job Location: Brooklyn, New York

Job Summary:

Yellow Bus ABA is seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing individualized behavioral plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our dedication lies in crafting an enriching environment where children can flourish and embrace their fullest potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT)
  • Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
  • Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
  • Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
  • Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • BCBA certification
  • NYS LBA
  • Passion for helping children on the spectrum and facilitating their progress and growth
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development
  • Commitment to working full-time
