BCBA who is seeking full-time employment. Flexibility of working from Home. Our BCBAs must have good communication skills and a salesman-like enthusiasm, as you will be the main point of contact for parents.

Monday-Friday 7:45 am-4:00 pm. Each BCBA may be assisted by an intern/Trainer and has a max caseload of 13 clients.
Position: BCBA (Behavior Analyst)
Position Overview:You will be responsible for training your team of behavior technicians and directly supervising them with clients. We can't emphasize enough how vital your abilities of attention to detail are in this role, as you must adhere to the pre-authorized service schedule and properly document every service provided.
Job Description:- Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 4 pm.
- 2 days remote
- Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc)
- Create Individualized, research-based client programs.
- Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
- Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.
- Supervise Interns /trainers and RBTs in-center and in-home.
- Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training.
- Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests), intake.
- Safety Management.
Qualifications/Requirements:- Maintains BACB Certification.
- Maintains State Certification.
- Maintains BLS / CPR certification.
- Maintains NPI number.
- Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training.
- Maintains updated CAQH account.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or another related field from an accredited university.
- No criminal background.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.

- Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers.
- Should be able to write protocols for Trainers/Interns.
