MD or DO degree with board certification in Anesthesiology
Active medical license in Delaware or eligibility to obtain one
5+ years of clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage diverse case mix effectively
Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety
Monitor patients' vital signs during procedures
Administer anesthesia and manage post-anesthesia recovery
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
