Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a laboratory or engineering context
• Practical proficiency with laboratory tools and instruments
• Experience in test configuration, maintenance, and oversight
• Competence in test data collection, analysis, and visualization
• Knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain laboratory tests according to set procedures
• Oversee and conduct experiments related to battery testing
• Collect, analyze, and visualize testing data for accurate reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering projects
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality assurance
• Perform root cause analysis for any discrepancies in test results
• Document findings and develop reports for team review
