Responsibilities:- Lead and Project Management: Oversee lead flow and manage client relationships from project initiation to completion.

Qualifications/Requirements:- Sales Experience: Minimum of 4 years in-person sales role, home improvement industry preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in computer and smartphone usage.
- Motivated: Display a strong work ethic, and results-driven mindset to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Social Media Skills: Familiarity with managing a Facebook business page and responding to messages is preferred.
