This role centers on sophisticated Chapter 11 matters, where your work will shape restructuring strategies, creditor rights, and outcomes for clients navigating complex financial distress. You'll represent a broad range of stakeholders while taking meaningful responsibility for high-value bankruptcy, restructuring, and related litigation matters.

What You'll Do
• Represent debtors, creditors, committees, trustees, lenders, equity holders, and purchasers of distressed assets in Chapter 11 cases, restructurings, and related litigation.
• Advise on workouts, out-of-court restructurings, distressed transactions, UCC enforcement, creditor remedies, DIP financing, cash collateral, preferences, and fraudulent transfer actions.
• Counsel companies, financial institutions, boards, and fiduciaries on restructuring strategies and distressed situations.
• Work with attorneys across multiple practice areas to develop comprehensive client solutions.
What You'll Need
• 10+ years of significant experience in complex bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, and creditors' rights matters.
• Deep, hands-on Chapter 11 experience.
• Substantial experience handling sophisticated Chapter 11 proceedings, contested matters, restructuring strategies, and related litigation.
• Experience representing a broad range of stakeholders in bankruptcy, restructuring, workouts, and insolvency matters.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• New Jersey Bar admission.
• New York Bar admission, or eligibility and willingness to obtain admission within one year of starting.
