The Debt Defenders by Ciment Law Firm, PLLC, a leading debt resolution and consumer protection law firm, is seeking a seasoned Bankruptcy Attorney (Team Lead - Chapter 7 & 13) to play a key leadership role within our practice. In addition to representing clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 matters, this position provides hands-on oversight of case workflow, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and full compliance from intake through discharge. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of bankruptcy experience or a proven track record of handling 300+ bankruptcy cases.

• Strong commitment to client advocacy and consumer protection.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Licensed attorney and member in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Admitted to practice in one or more Texas Federal Courts, with flexibility to obtain additional admissions.
• Capable of delivering independent legal instruction and serving as a resource for team guidance.
