Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred).
• Proven experience supervising operators in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of bagger systems and Ishida scales (or similar equipment).
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with maintenance teams and lead hands-on equipment work.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to safety, training, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and reinforce safety training for all bagger operators.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and food safety standards.
• Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviors in the bagger area.
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action follow-ups.
• Supervise and support all bagger operators and trainers across shifts.
• Own and coordinate bagger and Ishida scale rebuilds with Maintenance.
• Provide timely updates on equipment status and training progress.
