Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
This position offers flexibility to be based at any RBG facility in Southern California
Lead supplier initiative planning and performance management
Act as the state “lead voice” for spirits brand communication to business unit marketing leaders
Partner with state spirit leads reporting to the centralized spirits team to guide decision making for their markets & align on communication with their business units
Work closely with the Spirits' commercial team on brand performance tracking, analysis, demand planning, and inventory management
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to set goals, including MBOs, to drive sales results in the spirit’s space
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Other duties as assigned
