About the RoleThe Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business through full-cycle sales, including prospecting, presenting, closing, and onboarding. This role requires a high level of activity, ownership, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting and networking
- Conduct client meetings and deliver sales presentations
- Develop and present proposals within 48 hours
- Maintain consistent follow-up to drive deals to close
- Track all activity and pipeline in CRM
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful account onboarding
Qualifications- Proven track record in sales performance
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Preferred Experience- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, or similar tools
- Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
