Azure Engineer - Job Description (JD)Job TitleAzure EngineerJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Azure Engineer to design, implement, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure and services on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, networking, security, automation, DevOps, and monitoring. You will be responsible for deploying scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions while collaborating with development, operations, and security teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.Provision and maintain Azure Virtual Machines (VMs).Configure Azure Virtual Networks (VNet), Subnets, NSGs, and Load Balancers.Implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions.Deploy and manage Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).Configure Azure Storage Accounts, Blob Storage, File Storage, and Azure SQL Database.Monitor cloud resources using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.Automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Implement security best practices using Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Microsoft Entra ID, Key Vault, and Azure Policy.Troubleshoot production issues and optimize cloud performance.Collaborate with DevOps, Development, and Security teams.Create technical documentation and operational runbooks.
