The Role

AuxoAI is seeking an AWS Practice Lead to lead the technical strategy, delivery, and growth of our AWS practice in the U.S.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines deep AWS architecture expertise with strong customer-facing and consulting experience. You will work directly with enterprise customers, AWS stakeholders, sales leaders, and engineering teams to design and deliver large-scale cloud, data, and AI transformation initiatives.

You will also play a key role in expanding AuxoAI's AWS partnership, building technical capabilities across the organization, and developing repeatable solutions that accelerate customer outcomes.

What you will do

Lead AWS Architecture & Technical Strategy

• Define and drive AWS architecture strategy across enterprise engagements.
• Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and technical best practices.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical oversight for complex transformation programs.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for critical technical decisions and challenges.

Drive Delivery Excellence

• Partner with delivery, engineering, and account teams to successfully execute AWS programs.
• Provide technical direction to architects and engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions align with AWS Well-Architected principles and enterprise security requirements.
• Identify technical and delivery risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain a high standard of technical quality across customer engagements.

Partner with AWS & Enterprise Customers

• Serve as a senior technical leader for AuxoAI's AWS partnership.
• Collaborate with AWS teams on joint customer opportunities and go-to-market initiatives.
• Lead executive briefings, architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and solution-design engagements.
• Translate complex business challenges into practical cloud, data, and AI solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, solution development, and technical presentations.

Advance AI, Data & GenAI Solutions

• Architect enterprise AI/ML, Generative AI, and data solutions on AWS.
• Design modern AI applications leveraging services such as Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Advise customers on AI adoption, cloud modernization, data architecture, and transformation strategy.
• Drive innovation across Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging AWS capabilities.
• Help customers move AI initiatives from experimentation into scalable production environments.

Build & Scale the AWS Practice

• Build, mentor, and develop AWS architects and engineers.
• Establish technical standards and career development pathways across the practice.
• Drive AWS certification and skills-development initiatives.
• Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures, and solution assets.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to hire and scale the AWS practice.
• Contribute to practice strategy, capability development, and revenue growth.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

Experience

• 12+ years of experience in cloud architecture, technology consulting, enterprise architecture, or related technical leadership roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on AWS architecture experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering large-scale cloud transformation programs.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong consulting, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience leading technical teams across complex customer engagements.

Technical Expertise

Strong experience across the AWS ecosystem, including:

AWS Core Infrastructure: EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Route 53, Elastic Load Balancing, Control Tower

Cloud Native & DevOps: EKS, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, Terraform, CI/CD

Data & Analytics: Redshift, Glue, Athena, EMR, Kinesis

Security & Governance: Security Hub, GuardDuty, KMS, CloudTrail

AI/ML & Generative AI: Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and MLOps

You don't need to be equally deep in every service, but you should have the technical breadth to architect enterprise solutions and the depth to guide engineering teams through complex decisions.

Leadership & Consulting Skills

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong executive presence and customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience leading technical workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture discussions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across engineering, product, sales, and customer organizations.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing technical talent.
• Strong business acumen and a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect - Professional, DevOps Engineer - Professional, Machine Learning, or Security Specialty.
• Experience working within the AWS Partner Network (APN).
• Experience with AWS co-sell motions and partner-led opportunities.
• Experience building or scaling an AWS consulting or professional services practice.
• Multi-cloud experience across Google Cloud and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Experience supporting customers in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, or other highly regulated environments.
