Role Overview:The AWS Security Designer / Sr. Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security controls within the AWS environment. This role involves integrating IAM policies, configuring various AWS security services, and ensuring compliance with industry standards through automation and regular security reviews.
Key Responsibilities:- Integrate IAM policies, Service Control Policies (SCPs), and security controls across multiple AWS accounts.
- Configure and manage AWS security services including Config, GuardDuty, Security Hub, Macie, and Key Management Service (KMS).
- Automate evidence collection processes to support compliance with frameworks such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
- Conduct comprehensive security reviews and implement necessary remediation actions to enhance the overall security posture.
Required Skills:- Strong expertise in AWS security services, Identity and Access Management (IAM), encryption, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in using Terraform for security automation.
- Extensive experience with Amazon Web Service (AWS) Cloud Computing.
Qualifications:- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
