Title: AWS Data Engineer
Location: Remote/Hybrid - Local to Herndon, VA preferred but will accept remote candidates. If local to Herndon, resource must be onsite 4 days per week.
Salary : $148K - $153K
Title: AWS Data Engineer
Design and implement a secure AWS data store and supporting serverless components for an enterprise financial workflow. Develop DynamoDB access patterns, security controls, monitoring, backup and recovery capabilities, infrastructure automation and integrations with API services
Required Skills
• 4+ years building and supporting AWS cloud-native solutions
• Hands-on DynamoDB data-modeling and performance experience
• Strong AWS IAM, KMS, CloudWatch and Lambda knowledge
• Infrastructure-as-code experience using Terraform or an approved equivalent
• Python and/or Node.js development experience
• Git-based CI/CD and deployment experience
• AWS certification and federal cloud experience preferred
Other Required Skill Requirement
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
