Job Description & Summary

The Opportunity

As an AWM - Assurance - Digital Assets Manager, you will focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information, enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. Within our Assurance practice, you will evaluate compliance with regulations, including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls. In this role, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

- Leading audit and assurance workstreams to evaluate financial statements and internal controls
- Guiding teams in assessing compliance with regulations and governance processes
- Utilizing auditing methodologies and financial reporting standards to enhance credibility and reliability of information
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to address compliance and risk management challenges
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of data analysis and visualization solutions for financial audits
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across audit teams
- Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within audit frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing audit processes and improving financial reporting accuracy

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- At least one of the following: an active CPA License

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting
- Possessing experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
- Utilizing advanced data analysis and interpretation skills to drive insights
- Demonstrating proficiency in external audit and compliance auditing methodologies
- Excelling in project management and strategic planning for client engagements

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
