Serving as the project manager for aviation projects
Leading and performing aviation civil engineering tasksPreparing reports, budgets, cost estimates, specifications, plans, schedules, studies, and permitsLeading proactive client interactions and communications with regards to FAA programming, and state and government agenciesPerforming QA/QC tasksSupporting onsite during construction as the Engineer of Record, providing construction management/construction administration management to resident engineering teams. Travel within the FAA Seattle ADO Region is required (approximately 10% of time)A valid driver's license and good driving record is preferred. A background check may be required.
The successful candidate must have:- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field from an accredited college or university AND at least eight (8) years of relevant experience
- PE required
The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:- Experience leading complex aviation design and construction projects
- Airport design experience at non-hub airports (or larger)
- Experience serving as the project manager on aviation projects
- Experience mentoring and leading engineering project teams
- Construction management experience
- Minium one year of experience at a project manager level
- Licensed civil engineer in Washington or Oregon (or has the ability to obtain state specific license through NCEES)
- Proficient AutoCAD Civil 3D skill set

Salary Range: $146,000 to $166,000 - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
