CompensationExpected annual earnings: $45,000 - $150,000, based on experience, certifications, productivity, hours produced, and individual performance.

What You'll Do- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems
- Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and service information systems
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Follow all safety policies and manufacturer procedures
- Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking for- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
