What you bring:- 310S Automotive Service Technician License
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to manage time, prioritize work, and maintain productivity in a flat rate environment
- Commitment to quality workmanship and minimizing comebacks
- Ford experience is an asset, but not required for the right candidate
