5-7 years of relevant experience in a technician role
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

ASE certification preferred or equivalent credentials
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle models
Maintain high productivity levels, exceeding 200 hours per month
Collaborate with Advisors to ensure excellent customer service
Stay updated on industry trends and technology
Assist in training junior technicians as needed
