What You'll Do- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair all vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, steering, suspension, and A/C)
- Test-drive vehicles and use advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues
- Communicate directly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed
- Perform warranty work to manufacturer standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
What You'll Bring- 2+ years of hands-on technician experience (Ford or ASE Certified preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- B-Level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Comfortable using modern diagnostic technology and service software
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
