Job Type
Full-time
Description
We've put a lot of work into improving the store over the last couple of years, and we're looking for someone who wants to help keep pushing things forward. This isn't a department that needs someone to just maintain it. We need someone who can lead people, keep things organized, solve problems, and help build a service department customers actually want to come back to.
The right person understands that fixed ops is about more than numbers. It's about the team, the customer experience, communication, accountability, and making sure things don't fall through the cracks when the business gets busy.
You'd be overseeing the day-to-day operation of the service department - working closely with advisors, technicians, parts, and management.
What we offer:
- $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
- Health benefits
- Paid time off
- 401(k)
- Employee discounts
- A growing store with opportunity to make an impact
Requirements
If you think you'd be a good fit, apply and let's have a conversation.
