Wayne Akers Ford is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to help keep up with the high traffic count that we are experiencing in our service department. We are looking for a candidate who possess excellent customer service experience, demonstrates a professional and positive attitude, and focused on our customer's total satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:- Greeting customers, help identify their vehicle concerns, review recommended services and prepare acurate repair orders and verifiy warranty coverages.
- Provide accurate time estimates for repairs and maintenance.
- Building strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
- Following up with customers after the service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Including new and existing internet, phone, and email communication
QUALIFICATIONS:- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Must pass back ground test and drug screening tests
- Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record
Pay: $60,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
