Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships, listen to customer needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection process
- Product Expertise: Be the go-to expert on new and pre-owned Mazda and Subaru models, including features, technology, trims, and packages
- Vehicle Demonstrations: Deliver engaging test drives and professional walkarounds showcasing vehicle benefits
- Sales Process: Present pricing, financing, and lease options clearly and confidently
- Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with past buyers to drive repeat and referral business
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Managers and colleagues to achieve individual and team goals
- Continuous Learning: Stay current on manufacturer training, industry trends, and dealership promotions
Qualifications- Prior automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service experience preferred (but not required - training provided!)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
