Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and accountability-manage a high-performing team of automotive sales representatives.
Drive sales volume and profitability while upholding strict standards of pricing transparency and customer trust.
Actively engage in phone and video follow-up strategy, leading by example for your sales staff.
Desk deals, manage trade-in valuations, and ensure smooth customer hand-offs to F&I.
Monitor CRM activity to optimize lead conversion and maintain excellent customer relationship management.
Participate in dealership community events and support our charitable outreach efforts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful experience managing an automotive sales team.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing modern video tools, digital retailing platforms, and CRM systems daily.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
Leadership: Strong track record of team building, coaching, and retaining top sales talent.
Licensing: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and a valid California Salesperson License (or ability to obtain one).
