We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands automotive retail, knows how to motivate sales professionals, and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales and profitability goals.
What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and dealership goals.
- Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales, gross profit, and overall dealership performance.
- Monitor sales metrics, inventory, and team performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist sales consultants with customer interactions, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Develop effective sales strategies and maintain accountability across the team.
- Support a positive, professional, and customer-focused sales environment.
- Work closely with dealership leadership to improve processes, performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Help recruit, train, and develop sales team members.
What We're Looking For- Previous automotive dealership sales management experience.
- A proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a successful sales team.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, gross profit, and dealership performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
