Critz Auto Group is seeking a confident, customer-focused Salesperson to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you'll guide clients through their car-buying journey, from identifying the right vehicle to finalizing the sale. We're looking for professionals who bring enthusiasm, industry knowledge, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do
  • Assist clients in selecting new Buick & GMC Vehicles and Pre-Owned vehicles that match their needs and preferences
  • Present features, pricing, and competitive advantages of vehicles with confidence and clarity
  • Guide customers through test drives, trade-in evaluations, and financing options
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering consistent follow-up and support
  • Collaborate with sales managers and team members to exceed individual and team goals
  • Uphold professional standards and contribute to a positive, high-energy showroom environment
  • Track customer interactions and sales performance using dealership tools and reports
