Salesperson to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you'll guide clients through their car-buying journey, from identifying the right vehicle to finalizing the sale. We're looking for professionals who bring enthusiasm, industry knowledge, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do- Assist clients in selecting new Buick & GMC Vehicles and Pre-Owned vehicles that match their needs and preferences
- Present features, pricing, and competitive advantages of vehicles with confidence and clarity
- Guide customers through test drives, trade-in evaluations, and financing options
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering consistent follow-up and support
- Collaborate with sales managers and team members to exceed individual and team goals
- Uphold professional standards and contribute to a positive, high-energy showroom environment
- Track customer interactions and sales performance using dealership tools and reports
What We're Looking For- Professional, courteous, and customer-first mindset
- 1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (automotive preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
