- Welcome customers and provide an outstanding dealership experience.
- Help customers find the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget.
- Explain vehicle features, technology, and available options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and in person.
- Follow up with sales leads and build lasting customer relationships.
- Generate repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
- Work with Sales Managers and team members to achieve sales goals.
What We're Looking ForAutomotive sales experience is NOT required! We're looking for motivated individuals with:
