What You'll Do:- Greet and assist clients both in-store and online, guiding them throughout the vehicle shopping, purchase, and ownership process
- Conduct product presentations and test drives to help clients select the right vehicle based on their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Work closely with sales and finance management teams to finalize deals
- Continually develop product knowledge on current offerings (features, technology, trim levels) through company and manufacturer training opportunities
- Foster ongoing relationships with both current and prospective customers to ensure business retention through professional, timely, and courteous communication
- Manage follow-up activities and opportunities through dealership CRM systems
What You'll Bring:- 3+ years of automotive sales experience
- Familiarity with dealership and customer relationship management systems
- Proficient in converting leads and overcoming objection
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Total RewardsThe estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $80,000 to $125,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
