Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000+ per year (Commission + Bonuses)

Responsibilities- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
- Build relationships and maintain customer follow-up
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Work leads from internet, phone, and showroom traffic
- Achieve monthly sales goals
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
Qualifications- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work retail hours including Saturdays
Bonus Points For- Automotive sales experience
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
- Experience with CRM systems
