Sales Consultants to join our team. Whether you're an experienced automotive salesperson looking for a better place to build your career or you're new to automotive sales and ready to learn, we'd like to meet you.
No automotive sales experience? That's okay. We will train the right person.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Meet and greet customers and build relationships from the first conversation through delivery
- Ask questions, listen to customers' needs, and help them find the right vehicle
- Present and demonstrate vehicles with confidence
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and technology
- Build and maintain a personal customer base through phone, text, email, and follow-up
- Follow up with leads and unsold customers
- Work with management and the rest of the sales team to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-first buying experience
- Work toward and exceed individual and dealership sales goals

Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
