Sign-On Bonus Opportunities- All New Hires:
- $250 after 60 days
- $500 after 90 days
- Experienced Sales Candidates:
- $500 after 60 days
- $1,000 after 90 days

What You'll Do- Build relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional buying experience
- Identify customer needs through active listening and product knowledge
- Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
- Guide customers through the delivery process, ensuring full understanding of features, warranties, and paperwork
- Stay up to date on inventory, features, and automotive technology
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
- Collaborate with management, service, and reconditioning teams
- Attend training and sales meetings to continuously improve
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and applicable laws
What We're Looking For- No automotive sales experience required - we will train the right person
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team mentality
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
