We're seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to guide customers through the vehicle buying process and deliver a professional, welcoming experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, value relationship-based selling, and want the opportunity to build a successful career in a modern dealership environment.
What You'll Do- Build lasting relationships with customers and create a positive buying experience
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their needs
- Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles in a professional, engaging manner
- Develop strong knowledge of Chevrolet products, features, packages, and technology
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
- Learn to overcome objections and grow confidence in a sales environment
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to track goals, activity, and performance
- Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to work every day
QualificationsRequired- Positive, customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and improve
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality
- Automotive sales experience (a plus, but not required)
- Ambitious mindset with interest in career growth
Compensation & BenefitsCompensation- For those without automotive sales experience, we offer $500 per week training pay for the first six weeks.
- For those with previous sales experience, we operate with a $300 weekly draw.
- Extremely competitive and tiered commission pay plan with a deal minimum of $125.00.
- Commission pay is issued monthly.
