Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers, ask thoughtful questions, and help identify the right Acura vehicle based on their needs, budget, and lifestyle.
- Present Acura models, features, technology, warranties, and ownership benefits in a clear and professional way.
- Coordinate and accompany customers on test drives while following dealership procedures.
- Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial inquiry and vehicle selection through final delivery.
- Use follow-up tools and dealership CRM processes to manage leads, appointments, sold customers, and prospective buyers.
- Build long-term customer relationships that support repeat business, referrals, and strong customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on Acura inventory, product updates, incentives, financing and leasing options, and market trends.
- Partner with sales managers, finance, and fellow sales consultants to meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming showroom experience for every customer.
Qualifications- Previous sales experience required; automotive sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Professional, positive attitude with the ability to build trust and create a great customer experience.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales goals in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Ability to learn vehicle product information, technology features, and dealership sales processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Interest in Acura, luxury vehicles, and the automotive industry is a plus.
$60,000 - $180,000 a year
Salary dependent on experience and performance and could vary based on commissions.
