As an integral member of our service department, you will apply your advanced technical expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Perform thorough diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on GM vehicles using manufacturer-approved tools and techniques.
- Identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately and execute timely repairs to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain vehicle issues and repairs.
- Stay current with the latest automotive technologies, service bulletins, and technical training.
Requirements- Certified Automotive Master Technician status, preferably GM-certified.
- Extensive experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs, especially on GM vehicles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
