Management Consulting professionals will be part of the leading Strategy & Consulting practice in the Automotive sector and will possess one or multiple of the following areas of expertise - Sales, Dealer Management, Aftermarket, Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Mobility Services, Captive Finance, Data/AI -- to play a pivotal role in addressing industry requirements. This experience will enable you to provide strategic advice, implement solutions, and optimize business processes for clients in the Automotive sector.

Management Consulting professionals should be able to:
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry fundamentals and leading functional practices.
  • Formulate solutions for complex problems using a fact-based, hypothesis-driven approach.

Here's What You Need:

  • Contribute actively to workstreams within larger engagements, managing your own tasks and timelines with minimal supervision.
  • Build trusted relationships with day-to-day client counterparts through consistent delivery and clear communication.
  • Support business development activities including proposal development, market analyses, and pursuit materials.
  • Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people, process and technology.
