City Auto Murfreesboro is hiring a full-time Automotive Internet Sales Representative to join our high-performing dealership team. In this role, you'll manage online leads, respond to customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and use social media to help generate interest in our vehicles. This is a great opportunity for someone who is tech-savvy, motivated, responsive, and excited to grow in automotive sales. Plus, we offer a 4-day workweek option that includes 5 consecutive days off each month. This role offers $50,000 to $125,000+ annual earning potential, supported by flat-rate incentives, performance bonuses, and an annual Christmas bonus based on your results. You'll respond to inbound internet leads, follow up with customers by phone, email, text, chat, and social media, and help set appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle. You'll also create engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and reels for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role combines inside sales, lead follow-up, appointment setting, customer service, CRM management, and digital engagement.
