DescriptionRole: Performance Sales Specialist (Automotive)
Location: Loganville, GA
Forget the "suit and tie" grind. We don't want order-takers; we want closers who understand that the modern car deal is won with data, speed, and psychology. If you can calculate a monthly payment spread in your head before the customer finishes their sentence, and you have the personality to make them enjoy the process, we want you in Loganville.
What You'll Actually Do
- The Blueprint: Use our CRM and your own analytical skills to track leads, conversion rates, and profit margins.
- The Hustle: Engage with a digital-first generation of buyers. You'll be handling TikTok inquiries, text-thread negotiations, and in-person walk-ins with equal finesse.
- The Math: Navigate complex financing, lease residuals, and trade-in valuations. You need to explain the "why" behind the numbers so clearly that a five-year-old-or a skeptical CFO-gets it.
- The Win: Close deals that build long-term loyalty. We're in Loganville; your reputation is your currency.
- Math-Minded: You don't fear percentages, compound interest, or depreciation curves.
- High Output: You have the "Loganville energy"-ready to hit the ground running from Highway 78 to Main Street.
- Tech-Fluent: If you can't navigate a modern SaaS platform or social media, this isn't the spot for you.
- Competitive Spirit: You played sports, you game, or you just hate losing.
The Payoff (Compensation & Perks)
Upside Commissions: In Georgia, top sales reps are clearing $70,000-$135,000+ annually. You determine your ceiling.
Fast Track: We promote based on performance, not "time served." Want to be a Finance Manager in 18 months? Prove it.
The Tools: Access to the latest AI-driven lead-gen tools and a massive inventory of 2026's hottest models.
Training: We'll sharpen your sales psychology and financial literacy to an elite level.
