AUTOMOTIVE GENERAL SALES MANAGERLead a Growing Team | Unlimited Earning Potential | Career GrowthPosition SummaryKunes Auto Group is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations at one of our dealerships.In this high-impact leadership role, you'll inspire the sales floor, develop your team, oversee deal structure and inventory, and drive profitability, all while delivering an exceptional experience for every guest.If you're a proven automotive sales leader who leads by example and knows how to build a top-performing team, we want to talk to you. Compensation- Earning potential of $150,000-$250,000+ annually
- Competitive Base Pay + Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities- Hire, coach, and develop Sales Consultants and Sales/Finance Managers to exceed monthly goals
- Set sales targets, track KPIs, and adjust strategy to stay ahead of the competition
- Partner with the inventory team to maintain the right mix of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Review, structure, and approve deals, working with F&I so every sale is profitable and customer-friendly
- Build lasting customer relationships and ensure an outstanding buying experience
- Lead daily huddles and training meetings to share insights and motivate the team
- Collaborate on promotions, sales events, and advertising strategies to drive showroom traffic
- Use dealership CRM tools to manage team performance and sales opportunities
- Analyze financial reports and market trends to make informed business decisions
