IS THIS YOU?
• You have 1+ year of F&I experience at a franchised dealership, or a desk or finance background, and you run a menu-driven, compliant finance office
• You're ready to bring that discipline to a high-volume Conejo Valley Honda store where guests are value-conscious and expect a straightforward finance experience
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Present finance, lease, and protection products through a consistent, compliant menu on every deal
• Structure deals accurately and work with lenders to secure approvals that fit each guest's situation
• Maintain lender relationships, including Honda Financial Services programs and incentives
• Meet federal and state compliance requirements - Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and California documentation standards - on every deal
• Partner with sales management on clean deal packages and fast funding
• Keep the finance office experience transparent and efficient so guests aren't left waiting
• Maintain accurate deal documentation and DMS records
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 1+ year of F&I manager experience at a franchised dealership - required. Desk managers and sales managers with strong deal structure and finance product knowledge will be considered
• Honda or import brand F&I experience, including Honda Financial Services programs, a meaningful advantage
• Strong menu compliance and product penetration - VSC, GAP, and protection products
• Working knowledge of Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and California documentation standards
• Clear communicator who presents products honestly and without pressure
• DMS experience preferred - CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, Tekion, or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Salary Description
$72K - $180K+ OTE annually
