Description
Palo Alto, CA | Audi | Luxury European brand | Finance manager | F&I | Finance & insurance | Menu selling | Compliance | 1+ year F&I experience required | Desk manager background considered | Peninsula | Bay Area | Silicon Valley | Veterans encouraged to apply | $72,000 - $180,000+ OTE
IS THIS YOU?
• You have F&I, desk management, or finance experience at a franchised dealership - you understand deal structure, product penetration, lender relationships, and compliance, and you run a finance office where guests feel informed rather than maneuvered
• You're disciplined with the menu, clean on compliance, and you understand that an Audi Palo Alto buyer sitting across the desk from you has likely done more research on their financing options than most finance managers expect - and you match that with genuine expertise rather than a standard presentation
• You're ready to build a high-earning F&I career at a Silicon Valley Audi store where per-vehicle transaction values are among the highest in the region and the Finance Manager who earns a sophisticated buyer's trust earns $180,000+ accordingly
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Present and sell finance, lease, and protection products using a consistent, compliant menu process - every deal, every time, regardless of the buyer's profile or how much they already know going in
• Structure deals accurately and efficiently - working with lenders to maximize approval rates and present financing options that genuinely serve each buyer's situation, including the complex financial profiles common in Silicon Valley's high-net-worth market
• Build and maintain productive lender relationships - including Audi Financial Services programs, rate subvention structures, lease pull-ahead offers, and supplemental luxury lenders
• Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements - Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and all applicable documentation and disclosure standards on every deal
• Partner with sales management to ensure clean, complete deal packages and fast funding timelines
• Deliver a finance office experience that closes the guest's purchase at the same standard the sales floor opened it - transparent, professional, and worth coming back for
• Maintain accurate deal documentation and DMS records throughout every transaction
• Stay current on Audi Financial Services incentive programs, luxury lender offerings, product updates, and compliance requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 1+ year of F&I manager experience at a franchised dealership - required. Experienced desk managers or sales managers with strong deal structure and finance product knowledge will be considered
• Luxury or Audi brand F&I experience a meaningful advantage - familiarity with Audi Financial Services programs, luxury lease structures, and the expectations of a Silicon Valley buyer profile accelerates effectiveness from day one
• Consistent menu compliance and strong product penetration track record - VSC, GAP, and protection product performance that reflects a disciplined, guest-first approach
• Working knowledge of Audi Financial Services - rate subvention programs, lease structures, AFS tier criteria, and how to position financing options for high-net-worth buyers with complex financial profiles
• Deep knowledge of dealership compliance requirements - Regulation Z, TILA, FCRA, and California-specific documentation standards
• Composed, credible communicator - Palo Alto Audi buyers are analytically sharp and they notice when a finance presentation is rehearsed rather than substantive
• Prior DMS experience preferred - familiarity with platforms such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, Tekion, or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
WHAT WE OFFER
• OTE of $72,000 - $180,000+/yr
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options
• Paid time off and paid holidays
• Career growth - strong Finance Managers at Swickard grow into Finance Director and variable ops leadership roles across a 40+ rooftop organization
• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts
WHY AUDI PALO ALTO
• Silicon Valley's Audi buyer is among the most financially sophisticated in the country - the Finance Manager who earns their trust through genuine expertise and a transparent presentation builds a reputation that generates repeat business and referrals within a tight-knit professional community that talks
• Audi Financial Services provides a strong manufacturer finance platform - competitive rate programs, lease pull-ahead incentives, and a product portfolio that gives a skilled Finance Manager real tools to close deals that genuinely work for high-net-worth buyers
• Per-vehicle transaction values at an Audi Palo Alto store are among the highest in the region - the Finance Manager who performs consistently here earns at the top of the range because the math supports it, not because the range is inflated
• Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country - ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry
• Our HEART values - Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank - apply directly to the finance office: the guest who leaves feeling genuinely well-served is the guest who sends their network
If you're a disciplined, compliance-minded Finance Manager ready to earn the trust of Silicon Valley's most analytically sharp luxury buyers - through genuine expertise, a transparent presentation, and a finance office that closes at the same standard the sales floor opened - apply.
