Automotive Finance Manager - MBBAs a
Finance and Insurance Manager, your role is to help identify the finance, leasing and after-sale product options that best satisfy the needs of the customer. You are also charged with completing much of the paperwork required for the sales transaction and presenting customers with information about other available services.
As part of your commitment to deliver extraordinary service as a Finance and Insurance Manager, you are expected to meet or exceed dealership objectives. To accomplish this, discuss the following success indicators with your management team:
- Offering a variety of financing and leasing options and exploring alternative financing sources when primary sources are not available.
- Educating Sales consultants and Sales Managers about financing and leasing options.
- Identifying and presenting financing resources to customers.
- Satisfying your customers' financing and leasing terms needs through the dealership's sales process.
- Ensuring that Sales Consultants, Sales Managers and Financial Services Managers work together toward a smooth sales process.
- completing sales, finance and leasing transaction documents accurately and on time.
- Securing the funding for individual transactions quickly.
- Achieving sales volume and profit margin goals for the dealership.
- Reducing charge-backs to the finance and leasing department.
Qualifications- Paperwork must be exceptional. We have a zero tolerance policy for issues with compliance, fraud verification, contracts, we-owe, NYS and NYC forms, rebate and incentive forms, approvals or anything else you can think of.
- You should be able to consistently maintain a minimum of $1500 in product per unit. This cannot and will not be done by packing deals, moving money from the front to the back end, collecting 1st payment. We have great products, great support and want everything to be by the book.
- Proven automotive F&I experience in a franchise dealership. Documented PVR and product penetration performance you can speak to in detail. Command of NYS and NYC titling, registration, and disclosure requirements.
- We operate as a team, have fair deal assignment, and the ego must be checked at the door.
- We are closed on all major Holidays and Sundays. We believe in taking your day off with exception of the last week of the month. Outside of that you are expected to work. You will be paid well, treated with respect, given the tools to succeed and work with highly ethical talented people.

Pay: From $200,000.00 per yearFinance Managers are paid on production. Specific plan structure and percentages are provided at the offer. There is a real upside for operators who build a strong team and run a disciplined desk.
