Full Job Description
Apple Lease Returns - the used vehicle division of Apple Leasing and part of the Hernco / D&M Leasing family - is looking for a
high-level Finance Manager who wants to perform at the top of the industry without sacrificing quality of life.
This is not a typical dealership F&I role. This is for a proven producer who wants elite income, real work-life balance, and a
long-term home - not a stepping stone.
If you're an average producer, this is not the opportunity for you.
**WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT**
› Proven Income: $200,000-$250,000+ earning potential.
› Better Hours: No late-night dealership grind. Closed by 6 PM weekdays, Saturdays by 5 PM.
› Stability: 50+ years in business, privately owned, no corporate churn or short-term thinking.
› High-Quality Customers: Strong credit profiles, well-qualified clients, and a process built for success.
› Long-Term Opportunity: We're building careers, not filling seats.
**WHAT YOUR DAY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE**
You'll be working with well-qualified customers on lease returns and pre-owned vehicles in a structured, process-driven environment.
The volume is consistent, the deals are clean, and the support staff is in place. You're not chasing bad paper or babysitting a sales
floor - you're doing what you do best, at a high level, and going home at a reasonable hour.
You'll report directly to leadership that's been in the car business for decades - not a revolving door of managers. We know what
good looks like because we've built it.
**WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
› You've performed at a high level over a sustained period - not a hot streak
› You don't need to be managed - you run your own desk like a business
› You understand that a clean deal today is worth more than a blown-up deal tomorrow
› Process, compliance, and attention to detail aren't things you tolerate - they're how you operate
› You've stayed at shops because they earned your loyalty, not because you couldn't leave
Our customer base is primarily strong credit. That said, the ability to structure deals across a range of credit profiles is a plus - it's not the
focus, but it's a skill we value.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
› Structure and finalize deals in compliance with lender guidelines and company standards
› Maintain a tight, disciplined CIT process - no shortcuts
› Protect the company's financial interests through precise documentation and execution
› Deliver a high-level customer experience while maximizing profitability
› Uphold strict ethical standards and full regulatory compliance
**REQUIREMENTS**
› Proven track record as a top-performing F&I Manager
› Strong lender relationships and product knowledge
› Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline
› High character, professionalism, and accountability
› Ability to operate independently while contributing to a high-performance team
**THE BOTTOM LINE**
High income. Better hours. Stable, family-owned company. Proven model.
We don't hire often - and we don't lower the bar. If you're one of the best, we want to talk.
Send your resume and a brief note on why you're looking. Confidential inquiries welcome.
