Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager)
Location: Tucson, Az
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our high-performing dealership team in Arizona. If you are a results-driven finance professional who excels at building customer relationships, maximizing profitability, maintaining compliance, and delivering an exceptional purchase experience, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Present finance, leasing, warranty, GAP, and vehicle protection products professionally and ethically.
  • Secure financing through banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions.
  • Structure deals to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
  • Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current with lender programs.
  • Ensure all contracts and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership policies, including Truth in Lending, OFAC, Red Flags, Safeguards Rule, and other applicable regulations.
  • Monitor funding and CIT while ensuring timely contract funding.
  • Partner with the sales team to create a seamless customer buying experience.
  • Consistently achieve finance, product penetration, and profitability goals.
  • Maintain a high CSI while delivering an outstanding ownership experience.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-5 years of automotive F&I management experience preferred.
  • Proven history of strong finance production and product sales.
  • Knowledge of prime, subprime, lease, and special finance programs.
  • Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership software preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
