Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive menu selling process to enhance profitability.
• Engage actively in the F&I production team on a rotation basis.
• Manage and monitor lender portfolios diligently.
• Review and inspect departmental paperwork for accuracy and timely processing.
• Ensure all deals comply with company policies and regulations at all levels.
• Support sales department objectives and enforce effective selling methodologies.
• Maintain the finance department's work schedule for optimal efficiency.
