Job DescriptionWe are seeking a high-caliber Automotive Diesel Technician to join our service team. This role is focused on the elite side of our shop-diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty diesel engines and related systems.

In this role, you will have access to the latest diagnostic equipment and a steady flow of diesel work, ensuring you can consistently hit your production goals in a professional dealership setting.
Job TypePay: Top-Tier Compensation- Rate: $45.00 - $60.00 per flat rate hour (Based on experience/certs).

Work Requirements- Experience: Previous experience working on diesel engines in a dealership or high-volume shop environment is preferred.
- Tools: Ownership of a professional, comprehensive set of tools is required.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to commute to Cleveland, TX.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities- Diesel Diagnostics: Independently diagnose and repair diesel engines, fuel systems, and emissions systems.
- Technical Expertise: Perform complex drivability and electrical diagnostics using modern shop equipment.
- Mechanical Repair: Complete engine teardowns, rebuilds, and repairs to manufacturer specifications.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform thorough inspections and maintenance to ensure long-term vehicle reliability.
- Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with Service Advisors regarding repair status and findings.
- Standards: Consistently meet or exceed shop quality and efficiency standards.
- Ongoing Learning: Participate in ongoing training to stay current on the latest diesel technology.

- Proven experience using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
