We are actively seeking an experienced
Automotive Sales / Desk Manager who knows how to structure deals, lead a sales team, and drive performance on a busy showroom floor.

What You'll Do- Desk and structure new and pre-owned vehicle deals
- Work directly with sales consultants to close deals and maximize gross
- Manage negotiations, trade values, and payment structures
- Coach and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Assist with customer escalations and ensure an exceptional buying experience
- Maintain deal flow and coordinate closely with the F&I department
What We're Looking For- Automotive dealership management experience required
- Strong knowledge of deal structure and desking
- Proven leadership and closing ability
- High energy and a results-driven mindset
