Service Advisor - Automotive DealershipLocation: Yuba City, California

Compensation:$36,000 - $150,000 annually (base pay plus commissions, bonuses, and incentives, depending on experience, performance, and dealership compensation plans)
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused
Service Advisor to serve as the primary liaison between our customers and our service department. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, sales-minded, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping clients maintain their vehicles safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
- Prepare estimates and obtain customer authorization for repairs.
- Communicate repair progress and completion timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Review completed repairs and invoices with customers.
- Maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) goals and dealership performance standards.
- Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures.
- Build long-term customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
Qualifications- Previous automotive service advisor, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills-Bilingual a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the dealership for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
