Contact: [email protected]Key Responsibilities- Detailed OEM Estimating: Work directly alongside technicians to examine damaged vehicles and identify all required and non-related repairs strictly adhering to OEM recommendations and safety standards. Prepare detailed, competitive repair estimates in compliance with insurance carrier standards and company
- Parts & Insurance Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of all parts required for complete estimates, ensuring compliance with both insurance carrier guidelines and manufacturer standards.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain precise documentation, supplements, and digital record-keeping for every repair order.
- Customer & Claim Management: Walk customers and insurance adjusters seamlessly through the repair process with clear, professional communication.
Qualifications & Requirements- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of collision estimating experience in an auto dealership or high-volume body shop environment.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with industry-standard estimating systems (e.g., CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle repair procedures, structural body work, frame alignment, paint/refinishing, and ADAS recalibration standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English (Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus).
- Requirements: Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent.
